We've certainly seen a good number of Belvedere units pass through our COLLECTIVE, and each is just as dreamy as the last. This condo is the ideal packageit's classy meets cute. High ceilings and hardwood floors throughout make for a light, open and spacious vibe, while small architectural details (like crown and panel moldings) offer a touch of prestige that harken back to the building's beginnings as a 1920s era hotel. That open floorpan that flows from modern kitchen to perfectly tidy living area is ideal for having a few friends over...pre-night-on-the-town cocktails or dinner, anyone? The bedroom boasts more historic charm with a pair of floor-to-ceiling windows, which we assume will make for some amazing morning views. The rest of the building still holds much of its grand historic rootsrich carpeting in the hallways, for example, and a walkway entry/gorgeous foyer will have you feeling like you're living in the veritable lap of luxury. That all said, the Belvedere is more than just a pretty face-it's a perfectly located local-lovers haven. Just across the street from City Creek shopping center and practically next door to Harmon's, living here puts you right in the heart of downtown. It's precisely where we prefer to be, and with summer well on its way, you've got a variety of festivals and happenings within walking distance (Gay Pride, Farmer's Market, Twilight Concerts, Pioneer Day, etc.). Kinda seems like there's no better time than now. Get movin'. Square footage figures are provided as a courtesy estimate only. Buyer is advised to obtain an independent measurement.

Our Opinion: Let's have a chat about our carbon footprint, shall we? Do you drive further than you'd like to reach your daily spots? Work, for example. The gym. Your fave spot to eat. And how much energy does it take to cool/heat your current home or rental? Do you actually need that much space, or is that birdhouse-making workshop just kinda sitting unused? Mm hmm. Most of us probably assume that the efficient space, perfect location, easy access to everything dream is a bit out of our financial reach, but that just ain't the case. Enter: the new addition to the Broadway Park Lofts. Phase 2 of this project has added thirteen live/work units for the livin'/workin' from home kind. As expected, they're filling up fast, but we've got the in. Soaring ceiling heights and light-filled living come to mind here: this is space-conscious living with indoor/outdoor space and some serious steez. A few of the features that set this doozy of a unit apart include polished concrete floors, subway and hexagon tiling (in the commode), modern birch cabinets, built-in closet storage, and a color scheme that's as warm as it is inviting (Come and knock on our doooorrr...). It's all turn-key in here, folks. Our favorite part, still, is the downtown delights just hops/skips/jumps away: wander casually to Finca or Pallet. Cup o' morning coffee at the Rose Establishment. Fresh veggies at the Farmer's Market. There's a reason these spaces don't stay on the market long.
